Dulwich Hill Bicycle Club
Dulwich Hill Bicycle Club
Story
The ride will commence on the morning of Saturday 11th of September 2010 as two groups. The first group will travel to some of the more unique areas on the north side including some of the spectacular gorges and hills and waterways, and will leave early in the morning (Route and timing to be confirmed). It will be paced for C28s and above and will be a nice change from the usual Waterfall route.
The second group will be for C25 riders and those wanting a slower, and quicker route to the start of the C2C event. It is likely to commence around 7.30am.
Both groups will meet up for breakfast/coffee in Hornsby (tba) at 9.30 - 9.45am. .
Finally, the Club will celebrate the end of the 3000km journey with David and Scott and are encouraged to stay around at Centennial Park between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. We, as will many other organisations, will have our Club Marquee up and will be putting on a bit of a Roller Trainers session demonstration for those just didn't get a big enough ride in!
We encourage all members of the Club to join us on this day and support such a great cause - in appreciation of the heroic efforts by Scott and David.
Lets blitz our Club target of $2,000 and have fun along the way.
